What we collect
Your name and email address, and your phone or WhatsApp number if you message us.
Details of what you ask us to make, and any photos, logos or files you send us.
A record of what you bought and when. Card and payment details are handled by our payment provider, Stripe, and we never see your full card number.
Reviews, ratings and feedback you leave on our website.
Why we use it
To make and deliver your order, and to answer your messages (because we have a contract with you, or you have asked us to).
To keep records we must keep by law, such as for tax.
To show reviews you have chosen to post, and to improve our service using your feedback.
We will not send you marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them, and you can stop them at any time.
Who we share it with
Only those who help us run the business: our payment provider, email and messaging services, our website host, and the AI design tools we use to create your designs. Photos and details you send may be processed by these tools to make your design.
Some of these services may store data outside the UK. When they do, they use legal safeguards to protect it.
We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records: 6 years, as required for tax.
Photos and files you send: deleted within [90 days] of delivering your order, unless you ask us to keep your brand files on record for future orders.
Reviews: for as long as they are shown on our website, or until you ask us to remove them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, ask us to stop using it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Contact us at sohaibafsar97@gmail.com and we will reply within one month.
Cookies
Our website only uses cookies that are needed for it to work. If we add others, such as for visitor statistics, we will update this policy and ask for your permission first.
