1. About us

By ordering from us, asking for a free sample or leaving a review, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you order.

2. What we do

We create designs (such as menus, price lists, logos, flyers, posters, invitations, business cards, labels and social media posts), fix and restore photos, help new businesses get set up, and design websites.

We use AI tools to help make your designs. Every piece is checked and finished by us before we send it to you.

3. Packages and prices

All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and are one-off payments. There is no subscription.

Basic £15 · Standard £30 · Premium £50 · Launch in a Box £70. What each includes is shown on our website at the time you order.

You pay before we start. Once your payment is received, you send us your request and we begin.

4. Free sample

You can ask for one free sample per person: one small design or one photo fix. No payment details are needed and you are under no obligation to buy.

We may decline a sample request if it is too large, or if it breaks section 5.

5. What you send us

You must own, or have permission to use, any photos, logos, text or other material you send us. You are responsible for making sure the details you give us (such as prices, dates and phone numbers) are correct.

We will not make anything that is illegal, hateful, misleading, sexual, or that copies someone else's brand, character or artwork. We may refuse or stop any request that does.

6. Changes

Each package includes a set number of rounds of changes (shown on the package). Further changes may cost extra, and we will always tell you the price first.

7. Delivery

Most designs and photo fixes are delivered the same day. Websites and Launch in a Box are ready by the date we agree with you before we start.

We send your finished files by email or WhatsApp. If we cannot meet an agreed date, we will tell you as soon as possible.

8. Cancelling and refunds

If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel a service. Because we start work as soon as you send your request, you ask us to begin within those 14 days. If you cancel after we have started, we may keep a fair amount for the work already done. Once your order is fully completed, you can no longer cancel it.

If we cannot make what you have asked for, we will give you a full refund. This does not affect your legal rights. If something we deliver is not as described, tell us and we will fix it.

9. Using your designs

Once you have paid in full, you may use the final designs for your own personal or business use.

We may show your finished work as an example on our website or social media. If you would rather we did not, just tell us.

10. Websites

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the cost of your domain name (web address) and hosting is not included in our prices. We will explain these costs before we start.

11. Reviews

Reviews may be shown on our website with your first name. We may remove reviews that are offensive, false or not about our service.

12. Our responsibility

We take care with every order. Our responsibility to you for any loss is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

13. The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you have a problem, please contact us first and we will do our best to put it right.
